What is EFT/Tapping?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Tapping, is based on the ancient principles of acupuncture but without the use of needles, and includes emotional elements as part of the healing process. By tapping on various body meridians while tuning into thoughts, feelings, emotions or beliefs, we are able to clear the energy disruptions that cause physical and emotional distress.

Sounds easy compared to conventional therapies? It is. Astoundingly so.

EFT was introduced by Gary Craig in 1995. Over the past decade EFT has rapidly expanded throughout the world, becoming a highly valued method for over 5000 medical doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, nurses and other members of the healing professions.
